Ramen lovers, with a passion to create and serve the most authentic ramen with the freshest and finest ingredients.


We started our ramen journey in 2007 and opened our first ramen restaurant in 2015. 

Now we are at Westlake Village, CA and serving more defined and modern but focused on traditional Japanese Ramens.

"We make traditional Tonkotsu (16 hours of pork bone broth) and Torigara (slow cooked chicken bone broth) Japanese ramens."

Our Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and Torigara (chicken bone broth) has no dairy. Sauces, broth, meats, and vegetables are made and cut in house with our own recipes. Our fresh noodles are straight with no additives or preservatives. Chicken wontons are freshly hand made in house. Our special soy sauce is cold aged to give a deeper flavor.
